What is my account password?
If it is your first-time login, the default login password consists of your birthdate in the format mm/dd/yy, followed by the last four digits of your Social Security Number. So if your birthdate is 13th September 1989, and the last four digits of your social security number are 8095, then your password would be 0913898095.
How many attempts do I get to attempt my account password correctly?
You will get three attempts to enter your account password correctly. After that, your account will be disabled.
How do I find out what my user name is?
To access your Labcorp Employee ID, you must enter your 5- or 6-digit Labcorp Employee ID. For assistance, contact your supervisor.
When I try to reset my password by entering my security question, I am told, “You did not answer correctly.” What should I do?
Answers to the security question are not case-sensitive. If you entered “Mr. Baker” for your pet’s name and were asked, “What is your pet’s name?” you may enter either “Mr. Baker” or “MR. Baker.”
I’ve forgotten my password. How do I recover it?
On the mylabcorp.com login screen, click the “Forgot Your Password?” link. Enter your User Name. The site will ask you a security question after you enter your User Name. If you correctly answer the question, your password will be reset to your six-digit birth date (mm/dd/yy) and your last four Social Security numbers. To continue, you will need to change your password.
